‘7 Minute Briefings’ from Serious Case Reviews/Local Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews

In a setting where pressures are high and time is precious within our partner agencies, we have developed a set of ‘7 Minute Briefings’ to share the learning from our Serious Case Reviews/Local Child Safeguarding Practice Reviews.

 

‘7 Minute Briefings’ are taken from a technique developed by the FBI. The technique is based on research that 7 minutes is the optimal time span that we are able to concentrate and learn. The briefings include a summary of each case, identified areas of good practice, links to helpful resources and the recommendations from each report.
