National Safeguarding Adults Week Nationwide Campaign
National Safeguarding Adults Week is a nationwide campaign held by the Ann Craft Trust. The aim is to highlight safeguarding key issues, facilitate conversations and to raise awareness of safeguarding best practice. This years’ theme is ‘Creating Safer Cultures‘ with focus on the following topics:
At Bucks Council we have events throughout the week that include market stalls*, messages from service leaders each day and training events. See programme below:
Safeguarding Week Programme 15-19 November
* The stalls will be manned between 10am-1pm during Safeguarding week in following locations:
Monday – Friars Square, Aylesbury
Tuesday – Amersham Market
Thursday – Eden Centre, Wycombe
Friday – Marlow Library
